Allows seemless switching of a GARMIN dashboard mounting kit between vehicles. Each dashboard mounting kit comes with such an adhesive base, an additional base allows to use the same mounting kit - and therefore the same GPS device - in two vehicles.
Instead of buying multiple adhesive bases, you may consider to buy a removable base.

GARMIN eTrex Legend C / Cx The GARMIN eTrex Legend C / Legend Cx is very easy to use thanks to its click stick and user friendly, graphical interface. It supports multiple languages, has an integrated world map (overview) plus a base map of Europe, Africa and the near East. In addition, the Legend C has 24 MB of built-in memory to store even more detailed information, such as local roads, restaurants and points of interest. The Legend Cx has a slot for a standard micro SD memory card next to the battery compartment and comes with a 32 MB memory card. The GARMIN eTrex Legend C / Legend Cx provides automatic route calculation and visual guidance. The built-in USB interface supports data exchange with a PC, see detailed description.
