Compact and very robust action camera with high quality object lens, high resolution color display and replaceable, rechargeable battery for long operation time.

Take still images and videos in different resolutions while performing various activities with this robust and water resistant action camera. For eaxmple, you may mount the camera to your helmet or handle bar. The color display with 205x148 resolution provides easy operation and shows the action in real time. The rechargeable Lithium-ion battery allows up to three hours operation and you may replace it if required. The camera supports various video modes such as 1080p-HD with 1920×1080 pixel and 30 frames per second or WVGA (slow motion) with 848×480 pixel and 120 frames per second. For still images (photos), the camera supports from 8 to 16 MP. It is equipped with a built-in microphone, an USB connector for data exchange with a computer and a HDMI connector. The camera has a slot for an µSD memory card and supports up to 64 GB to record pictures and videos. The large slide button to start and stop recording is easy to operate, even with gloves. The camera also supports remote control by a compatible GARMIN GPS device or by a Smartphone App (Andoid).

The model VIRB Elite has a built-in GPS and supports video streaming using a WLAN.
